Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: New Hampshire
Setting: Remote
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

Help New Hampshire families find clearer communication, stronger relationships, and steadier support from the comfort of a remote setting. We are hiring a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth care for individuals, couples, and families working through relationship strain, family conflict, emotional stress, and major life changes.

In this role, your work goes beyond weekly sessions. You will help clients understand patterns, create healthier conversations, and build practical tools they can use in everyday life. This position offers a steady weekday schedule, strong annual pay, and the flexibility of remote clinical work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
  • Support clients with relationship concerns, family conflict, anxiety, stress, and life transitions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
  • Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for telehealth care

Requirements

  • Active LMFT license in New Hampshire
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
