Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Nebraska
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

Bring your LMFT experience into a remote role where your work has real day-to-day impact. In this full-time telehealth position, you’ll support individuals, couples, and families across Nebraska as they work through relationship stress, family concerns, communication breakdowns, emotional challenges, and life transitions.

This role is designed for a therapist who wants meaningful clinical work, a steady weekday schedule, and the flexibility of providing care from a remote setting. You’ll help clients understand what’s getting in the way, build healthier patterns, and move forward with practical support they can use beyond each session.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
  • Support clients with communication, conflict resolution, emotional regulation, and relationship concerns
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans when appropriate

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Nebraska
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and ethical care standards
