• We’re a team of 50+ staff and a network of 200+ alumni with 17+ years of experience delivering SAP solutions.

What you'll need

Mandatory Qualifications

• The proposed resource must have a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. If obtained outside Canada, the credential must be validated by a recognized Canadian academic credentials assessment service.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years in Agile product management including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, Gitlab, or AWS DevOps for backlog management, sprint tracking, and roadmap planning.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past five (5) years managing a software development team of at least three (3) people.

• Within the past 5 years, delivered backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization outputs that directly supported software development and feature delivery.

• Within the past 5 years, delivered on projects that required engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements or feedback, and translating those needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, or other delivery-ready product requirements that supported software delivery.

• Within the past 5 years, delivered on products that required coordinating with software development teams to support timely completion of features, iterations, or releases.

• Must be a Canadian Citizen or PR holder to apply.
