Our Client is a leading data-driven customer experience management company that specializes in the delivery of unique, personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices. The company works with 12,000+ employees worldwide and has offices in Switzerland, Germany and Austria as well as locations in the Czech Republic, Serbia and Portugal.

About this role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Developer to support an upcoming client pitch and potential subsequent project delivery.

In the initial phase, the role will focus on providing senior-level technical expertise during the RFP process, including solution design input, architecture discussions, and participation in an onsite client presentation.

If the RFP is successful, the engagement is expected to extend into a hands-on delivery role, covering solution implementation, integrations, and migration activities within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Primary Location: Remote, with 1 day onsite required in the Cologne region
Duration: 4–5 days (initial engagement). If the RFP is successful, there is strong potential for a follow-up contract.

Responsibilities

RFP / Pre-Sales Phase

  • Provide expert-level technical input for the client pitch
  • Support solution design and architecture discussions
  • Participate in client-facing presentations, including 1 day onsite in Cologne
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights

Delivery Phase (post-RFP success)

  • Design and customize Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales & Customer Insights)
  • Develop plugins, PCFs, integrations, and dataflows
  • Define and implement Dataverse data models
  • Design and execute integration patterns across systems
  • Support and contribute to migration strategies and execution

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Insights)
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture and integration patterns
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 migrations
  • Hands-on development experience with:
    • Plugins
    • PCFs (Power Apps Component Framework)
    • Integrations & dataflows
  • Solid experience in data modelling within Dataverse
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, including presentation experience
  • Strong German (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft FastTrack (Success by Design framework)
  • Experience in pre-sales / RFP environments
  • Broader knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
