  • Demonstrable experience developing solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace
  • Advanced configuration of the environment (cases, queues, SLA, routing, omnichannel, etc.)
  • Integration with other systems (APIs, external services, Azure, Power Platform, etc.)
  • Customization of the user experience within the Workspace

Requirements:

  • Participation in end-to-end projects (analysis, design, implementation and support)
  • Deliver projects in banking sector with high technical and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with teams on integrations with legacy or core banking systems, APIs, Azure and Power Platform
  • Maintain and document implemented solutions and provide post-implementation support

En estos momentos buscamos incorporar perfiles altamente especializados en Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace para participar en proyectos dentro del sector banca, con un alto nivel de exigencia técnica y funcional.

🔎 ¿Qué estamos buscando?
Profesionales con experiencia demostrable en:
✔️ Desarrollo de soluciones sobre Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace
✔️ Configuración avanzada del entorno (casos, colas, SLA, routing, omnicanalidad, etc.)
✔️ Integración con otros sistemas (APIs, servicios externos, Azure, Power Platform, etc.)
✔️ Personalización de la experiencia de usuario dentro del Workspace
✔️ Participación en proyectos end-to-end (análisis, diseño, implementación y soporte)

⚠️ Importante:
Se requieren perfiles especializados específicamente en Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace. No se considerarán perfiles con experiencia en otros módulos de Dynamics 365 sin experiencia directa en este entorno.
