We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join a team working on an established decision management platform used by organizations to optimize strategies across the customer lifecycle.

The role is focused on stabilizing and evolving an existing product, including bug fixing, security improvements, and system upgrades. You will also contribute to the migration to Java 21, helping modernize the platform and improve its performance, reliability, and maintainability.

This is you

• 5+ years of experience in Java development

• Strong experience with Java and build tools such as Maven

• Solid understanding of backend systems, debugging, and performance optimization

• Experience working on existing products (maintenance, improvements, upgrades)

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and system stability

• Experience with Angular is a strong advantage

• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

This is your role

• Work on stabilization and continuous improvement of an existing enterprise platform

• Investigate and resolve bugs and production issues

• Implement security improvements and system upgrades

• Support the migration and modernization efforts, including transition to Java 21

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance

• Contribute to improving code quality, maintainability, and system architecture

• Participate in technical discussions and support long-term product evolution
