Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of Windows systems administration experience, with emphasis on Windows Server
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Azure
  • Experience with monitoring systems and ticketing tools
  • PowerShell scripting proficiency and ability to automate routine tasks

Requirements:

  • Manage and administer Windows systems, Office 365, and Azure environments with a focus on security and high availability
  • Operate and maintain monitoring systems and ticketing tools to track incidents and service requests
  • Lead virtualization efforts and deploy high-availability infrastructure using Proxmox and OpenStack
  • Mentor and train N1 and N2 technicians and provide second/third line support to clients as needed

Estamos en busca de un ADMINISTRADOR DE SISTEMAS WINDOWS/MICROSOFT 365 - SENIOR

• Experiencia de +5 años en posiciones similares, con énfasis en administración de Windows a nivel de servidor.

Conocimientos Técnicos:

• Conocimientos sólidos de Windows, Office 365 y Azure.

• Capacidad para gestionar sistemas de monitorización y herramientas de ticketing.

• Experiencia en virtualización con plataformas como Proxmox y Openstack.

• Despliegue de infraestructuras en alta disponibilidad.

• Securización de sistemas Windows.

• Dominio de lenguajes de Scripting en PowerShell.

• Capacidad para formar y acompañar a técnicos N1 y N2.

• Experiencia previa en soporte a clientes o helpdesk.
