Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience as a Cobol functional analyst with knowledge and experience in Medios de Pago (payment methods) in Spain, including acquiring, authorization center, or Redsys IF.
  • Proficiency in Cobol, JCL, and PLI.
  • Database experience with DB2 and IMS.
  • Functional knowledge of MMPP.

Requirements:

  • Analyze and document functional requirements for Cobol-based payment systems (Medios de Pago) and translate into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with payment ecosystem teams in Spain (Acquiring, Authorization Center, Redsys) to implement and validate solutions.
  • Develop or modify Cobol/JCL/PLI programs and ensure proper DB2/IMS data integration.
  • Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance using MMPP functional knowledge.
