About the Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Email Marketing Specialist (20 hours per week) to support our marketing team in building and optimizing email campaigns across multiple brands.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo

• Support email content creation (design, layout, subject lines, preview text, CTAs, basic copy)

• Contribute to customer journey development (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback/reactivation, etc.)

• Assist with segmentation and campaign targeting

• Support with Figma assets when needed

• Potentially contribute to push notification campaigns in the future

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with Klaviyo and email marketing / CRM

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email creation

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable in a freelance setup

• Fast execution mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities

• Good communication skills, especially with marketing and design teams

• Experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or AI tools is a plus

• Fluent in Italian or German
