Roles & Responsibilities

  • 5+ years professional software development experience.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and scaling modern, production-level front-end experiences using React, with supporting back-end work in Ruby on Rails.
  • Current with modern development practices, including AI-assisted and agentic workflows for code generation, debugging, exploring, and documentation.
  • Strong grasp of data modeling and system design.

Requirements:

  • Lead projects end-to-end across the stack, setting quality standards and mentoring other engineers.
  • Own features from concept through launch and production, ensuring delivery and post-launch stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams via pull requests, demos, and proactive communication to align with business goals.
  • Design, build, and scale production-grade front-end experiences using React, with supporting back-end work in Ruby on Rails and contributing to data modeling and system design.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 5+ years professional software development experience.   

  • Proven experience designing, building, and scaling modern, productionlevel frontend experiences using React, with supporting backend work in Ruby on Rails.  

  • Current with modern development practices, including AI-assisted and agentic workflows for code generation, debugging, exploring, and documentation.  

  • Strong grasp of data modeling and system design.  

  • Enthusiastic growth-oriented mindset. 


BONUS POINTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field  

  • Experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus  

  • Excited by a fast-paced product development environment  

  • Passion for Ad-Tech
