  • Minimum five (5) years of data/project management or coordination experience with increasing responsibility for database program design, production, administration, maintenance, support, and application enhancement.
  • Experience with platform systems, including platform training and/or extensive platform experience (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Responsible for intermittent Event Management System project builds; collaborate with Quality Management, IST, users and customers to develop, implement and maintain electronic Event Management software/tools.
  • Function as the subject matter expert for assigned platform projects; accountable for project development/implementation, software upgrades, data management, and report design/creation; provide training design and delivery on an as-needed basis.
  • Lead efforts to continually improve the quality of work processes and coordinate modifications to procedures to solve problems and maximize desired results and customer needs.

Position Summary

The Senior Quality Management Project Analyst/PRN will be responsible for intermittent Event Management System project builds. The QM Analyst/PRN works in collaboration with Quality Management, IS&T, users and customers to provide development, implementation and maintenance of electronic systems Event Management software, tools. The incumbent functions as the subject matter expert for the assigned platform projects and is accountable for project development/implementation, software upgrades, data management, report design/creation, training design and delivery on an as needed basis. The QM Analyst/PRN leads efforts to continually improve the quality of work processes and coordinates the modification effort to procedures to solve problems and maximize desired results, outputs and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information system management; four (4) years of directly related additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum five (5) years of data/project management or coordination experience with increasing responsibility for database program design, production, administration, maintenance, support, and application enhancement required
  • Experience with platform system to include platform training and/or extensive platform experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $85,425.60 - $117,936.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
