Roles & Responsibilities

  • Over 1 year of experience managing digital products, specifically chatbots or automated customer service platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data-analysis skills and a passion for revolutionizing the customer journey.
  • Experience creating and implementing action plans to optimize automated flows and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce and exposure to Generative AI (Gen AI) implementations.

Requirements:

  • Implement seamless navigation flows through internally optimized procedures to safeguard the user experience.
  • Lead the transition to a high-performance AI-powered tool driven by Generative AI, building critical thinking and technical analysis capabilities to develop deeper, scalable digital solutions.
  • Set optimization goals and identify friction points in complex processes (e.g., returns and refunds), sharing actionable results that influence global strategy.
  • Identify actionable insights, propose bold recommendations, challenge the status quo, and communicate effectively with the Bogotá team to drive improvements and ensure a world-class consumer experience.

Requisitos:

  • Más de 1 año de experiencia relevante gestionando Productos Digitales, específicamente Chatbots o plataformas automatizadas de Servicio al Cliente.
  • Pensador estratégico con fuertes habilidades analíticas y pasión por revolucionar el viaje del consumidor.
  • Experiencia creando e implementando planes de acción para optimizar flujos automatizados y eliminar cuellos de botella.
  • Dominio Técnico: Manejo de Salesforce y exposición a la implementación de IA Generativa (Gen AI).
  • Análisis de Datos: Capacidad para interpretar conjuntos de datos complejos con el fin de identificar y solucionar fricciones en el recorrido del usuario.
  • Idioma: Español (Nativo). Inglés deseable pero no es obligatorio.

  • Alto nivel de pensamiento crítico, estilo de comunicación extrovertido y mentalidad de "Trabajo en Equipo".
