Your Duties
As a Validation Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Validate incoming customer work orders against company rates and guidelines
Identify discrepancies and return incorrect orders to clients for correction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and databases
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client requirements
Adapt to updates in systems, processes, and pricing structures
Act as a control point for operational requests, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence
Respond to client and internal queries regarding validation issues
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently
Manage incoming urgent requests via phone (e.g. ERS support line)
Maintain clear communication and strong working relationships with stakeholders
Support overall operational efficiency through accurate data handling and reporting
