Join Our Team as a (Senior) Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)
As a (Senior) Cloud Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure. Your expertise will play a critical role in protecting sensitive healthcare data and maintaining the trust of our users. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will design, implement, and manage robust cloud and security solutions that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
Design & Operate Cloud Infrastructure
Architect, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud environments (primarily AWS; experience with other providers is a plus).
Drive Security Excellence
Implement and enforce security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management.
Automate & Optimize
Build and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Monitoring & Incident Response
Implement observability solutions (e.g., Datadog) to ensure system reliability, performance, and fast incident resolution.
Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
Work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to integrate cloud and security solutions seamlessly into our platform.
Proactively Improve Systems
Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance reliability, security, and performance.
What you’ll need
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Terraform)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
Solid understanding of cloud security principles
Fluent English (written and spoken)
A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
