We are looking for a Media Specialist to join our creative engine. This role is for someone who is comfortable making polished static designs as well as creating motion or AI-assisted content for high-visibility campaigns.


The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Media Specialist include:

  • Multi-Format Creation: Develop high-quality visual assets across digital and video formats, including static graphics and motion content;
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with design and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.
  • AI Production: Utilise tools like Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs to accelerate production and enhance our creative output.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure visual consistency across all marketing productions and brand materials.
  • End-to-End Execution: Manage projects from initial concept and storyboarding through to post-production and delivery.
  • Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of generative AI and design technology to ensure our brand remains cutting-edge.

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

Technologies:

  • Design: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop;
  • Video/Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, SVGator;
  • AI: Google Veo 3, Runway ML, Midjourney and Eleven Labs (preferred);

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in digital/motion design;
  • B2B content creation experience;
  • Grasp of typography, colour theory and layout principles;
  • Creation of visuals and content in line with a brand vision;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to define and redefine requirements;
  • Experience with storyboarding, scripting or short-form story telling.

 

In the interest of Pay Transparency, the base salary range for this position is €2,500-2,800 gross/month, plus the opportunity for a bonus. This salary may vary based on location and experience.
