Solicitation Summary

Bid Proposal for Account Engagement Email Marketing Services

NATURE OF SERVICES:

World Renew is seeking to partner with a qualified agency or vendor to provide strategic and tactical support for email marketing through Salesforce Account Engagement.

The selected partner will design, develop, and optimize branded email templates and automated engagement journeys to enhance communication with current and prospective audiences. Services are anticipated to span approximately two months, with the objective of improving audience segmentation, engagement, and donor communication effectiveness.

Agencies with experience working with charitable organizations, not-for-profits, or cause-driven campaigns are strongly encouraged to apply.

CONTRACTING ENTITY:

World Renew is an international and domestic charity, with headquarters located in Canada and the United States. We specialize in community development, disaster response (in North America and internationally), and peace and justice work. Guided by faith and committed to justice, World Renew partners with communities to help eradicate poverty, respond to disasters, and advance peacebuilding efforts.

TERMS OF PARTNERSHIP:

The chosen vender will remain in control of when and how the work is completed, permitted the outlined deliverables are achieved within the suggested timeline, and will invoice for services. Agencies can take on other clients while working with World Renew and fulfilling the terms of its contract.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:

Flexible/Remote within the United States or Canada.

Vendor must be available to collaborate with World Renew’s marketing team during EST business hours.

TIMEFRAME:

The anticipated start date for services is July 6, 2026. The initial period of performance is expected to be two months.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The selected agency or vendor will provide the following services:

Email Template Design & Development

  • Design and develop a minimum of six branded email templates for newsletters, donor communications, and fundraising appeals.
  • Ensure templates are optimized for responsiveness and accessibility.

Audience Segmentation & Dynamic Content

  • Develop country- and interest-specific dynamic content.
  • Evaluate existing and future list segmentation strategies.

Forms & Preference Management

  • Design and develop at least two HTML forms for email capture and lead generation.
  • Create or enhance a preference center and list management processes.

Automation & Engagement Journeys

  • Reimagine and build engagement studio journeys for new donors and subscribers.
  • Optimize automation workflows for engagement and retention.

Platform Optimization & Training

  • Provide recommendations for optimizing Salesforce Account Engagement and underutilized features.
  • Train staff on all deliverables and provide recorded training sessions for future use.

  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (nonprofit preferred).

  • Experience with email automation systems and engagement optimization.
  • Ability to analyze audience behavior and improve segmentation strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to align email marketing efforts with organizational strategies.
  • Experience in charitable, nonprofit, or cause-driven campaigns preferred.
