Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven technology leader in a growth-stage technology company with experience scaling a portfolio of products (cybersecurity, compliance, and GRC).
  • Expertise in embedding AI into product ecosystems and delivering intelligent, data-driven platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks such as CMMC and NIST and experience building products that address regulatory and governance needs.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to partner with the CEO and participate in the Senior Leadership Team, and willingness to relocate to the Baltimore area (relocation assistance available) or work remotely with proximity to Baltimore for leadership meetings.

Requirements:

  • Own and scale a portfolio of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance (GRC) products, defining strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
  • Lead the development of Attain and Assess and drive the creation of future products that simplify compliance across frameworks such as CMMC and NIST.
  • Embed AI across the platform to build an intelligent product ecosystem and drive product differentiation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, align with business goals, and communicate progress; maintain flexibility for remote work with presence in Baltimore for leadership meetings.

Job description

FutureFeed is seeking a growth-stage technology leader to own and scale a portfolio of products focused on cybersecurity, compliance, and governance (GRC). This role will lead the development of Attain and Assess while building future products that simplify compliance across frameworks such as CMMC and NIST. The VP of Technology will embed AI across the platform to create a differentiated, intelligent product ecosystem.

This position reports directly to the CEO and will sit on the Senior Leadership Team. While the position can be remote, proximity to the Baltimore area is ideal for senior leadership team meetings. Competitive relocation assistance offered for those willing to move to the Baltimore area.
