We are looking for a Customer Support Representative - Hotel Operations to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our US-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily hotel operations. This role involves managing guest communications, coordinating check-ins remotely, and ensuring smooth overnight operations. The ideal candidate is responsive, organized, and comfortable working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with remote guest check-ins and provide necessary instructions
Monitor and manage overnight hotel operations
Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
What We're Looking For
Be available for occasional video calls to assist guests in real time
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
