Business Development Manager – Healthcare Solutions
Location: Chicago, IL | Travel: 40–50% across the US

If you’re a proven hunter who knows how to open doors, build pipeline, and close deals, this is your opportunity to own something from day one.

Daniels Health is a global leader in healthcare waste management, growing rapidly across the US and investing in new, sustainable solutions. This role sits at the front of that growth.

You won’t inherit a traditional book of business, but you will have access to an established customer base. The opportunity is to expand relationships, unlock new revenue streams, and convert untapped demand.

This is a true business development role focused on building and scaling an emerging service line.


What you will do:
  • Identify and win new business across existing customers and new prospects
  • Leverage established relationships while opening new doors across healthcare systems
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity and networking
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
  • Sell into complex environments and engage senior stakeholders
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify, develop and manage service solutions

What we are looking for:
  • Proven business development professional with a strong track record of winning new business
  • 7+ years in a hunter role
  • Confident, commercially sharp, and comfortable selling complex solutions
  • Ability to expand existing accounts while generating new opportunities
  • Self-starter who thrives in a build-phase environment
  • Driven, resilient, and focused on results
