The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our growing on-street parking team (EasyPark & Flowbird brands) based in the North West of Italy.

Ideally you'll be based in or near Milan, Torino, or Genova, with frequent travel in these areas.

Reporting to the Account Director this is a proactive role within the Arrive commercial team. The core purpose is to increase the potential for our business to create and realise value from our growing client base, including our largest and most prestigious partners.

The Account Manager will have overall accountability of a large client portfolio, spanning the Northwest Italy assigned area, building long term strategic alliances with each individual client within the client base evangelising the transition to the digital parking era.

About you

A confident and engaging sales professional/Account Manager, the successful candidate will have prior experience, specifically establishing relationships with municipalities and parking operators connected to them, ideally within the parking or mobility market - including areas like; car parks, electronic vehicle charging, or sharing mobility.

How to make an impact

  • Ability to evangelise payment products and technologies and speak fluidly to positively influence both; technical and non-technical decision makers.

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close account management which will include regular face to face meetings, presentations, telephone and email communications.

  • Ensure a good understanding of the strategic direction of your clients and align with the Arrive strategy of moving to full digitalization of parking market.

  • Manage and grow revenues within your accounts, planning client account visits and preparing account review packs for these meetings.

  • Develop and close growth (up-sell and cross-sell) opportunities from your accounts and produce any necessary proposal or supporting documentation;

Skill and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal fluency in English and Italian.

  • A strategic thinker - instinctively knows what is best for Arrive and the customer.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in business development or account management disciplines; ideally gained within the parking or mobility markets.

  • History of over-performance in previous sales roles with a SaaS bias.

  • Driving License and own vehicle required.

This role is a remote role based in the North West of Italy and requires the successful candidate to have a full driving license and their own vehicle - full expenses will be paid.
