The Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements and Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Apply A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to refine and improve designs.
  • Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Proficiency in design tools – Figma preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularJS).
  • Experience with UX research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
  • Experience in the Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry is a plus.
  • Experience designing for mobile applications
  • Strong communication skills in  English.
