About Chyron

Chyron is a global leader in broadcast graphics, playout, and real-time data visualization. Our solutions bring stories to life in the world’s largest newsrooms, premier sports broadcasts, and high-profile live events.

Click Effects is Chyron’s highly integrated, turnkey graphics authoring solution for live arena- and stadium-based A/V presentations. It unites the advanced authoring, rendering, and data-binding power of Chyron’s PRIME platform with the industry-leading arena graphics generation and digital display control. Click Effects powers unforgettable fan experiences by delivering high-impact graphics, video, and data-driven content across stadium displays, scoreboards, and fan engagement screens.

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Click Effects product strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging cutting-edge broadcast technology to elevate the live venue experience for sports fans. Working under the guidance of the Group Platform Product Manager (GPPM), you will help shape the broader vision of the PRIME platform, with Click Effects as a key component within it. With a systems-thinking approach, you’ll ensure that every roadmap decision not only advances Click Effects but also strengthens the wider platform, integrates seamlessly across products, and transforms complex broadcast challenges into elegant, scalable solutions.

What will you do:

  • Own the Click Effects roadmap, serving as the product and workflow expert in a venues environment, and championing the product internally and externally.

  • Ensure all initiatives align with and strengthen the broader PRIME Platform (including PRIME Engine and Prime), partnering closely with the platform team on coordinated, cross-product road-mapping to harmonize and enhance features, drive consistency, and maximize overall platform value.

  • Define and execute product strategy, features, and workflow solutions under the guidance of the GPPM.

  • Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through release, translating customer needs and industry trends into well-defined requirements, features, and epics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GPPMs, Product Managers, Engineering, UI/UX, Customer Success, Product Owners, and SQA to deliver solutions that meet customer use cases and platform objectives.

  • Manage customer-facing product issues and ensure timely resolution in partnership with Customer Success, Product Owners, and SQA.

  • Define pricing and revenue strategy with Sales and key stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market execution with Marketing.

  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth through positioning, enablement, and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Create and maintain product documentation, and support RFPs, RFIs, demos, POCs, and trade show activities.

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of product or project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering products or major initiatives end-to-end.

  • Ability to gather input from diverse stakeholders and prioritize high-value opportunities aligned with company strategy and customer impact.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively and influence without direct authority

  • Strong customer empathy with the ability to uncover underlying workflow challenges and translate them into clear user requirements, features, and epics that drive scalable product solutions.

  • Experience with Jira and modern product management tools (Productboard, Monday, Asana, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding live production workflows for venues and game-day operations (required).

  • 4+ years of real-time CG experience (Chyron or competitive solutions).

  • Technical competence, including a foundational understanding of graphics pipelines, rendering concepts, networking, and hardware performance (CPU/GPU).

  • Design and motion graphics experience (Adobe AE/PS/IL, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unreal, 2D/3D) is a strong plus.

  • Knowledge of B2B business models, pricing principles, and key commercial metrics that drive product success

  • Ability to champion an AI-first product strategy and work closely with our AI team to solve complex user problems is a plus.
