Job description

Position Summary:
We’re growing and looking for an Assistant Account Executive (AAE) to provide account support for our healthcare & pharma clients. Responsibilities include materials development, project tracking, research and other account support needs delivered in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, the AAE may provide media relations support where appropriate in support of PR programs including media monitoring, media research and media tracking. 

This is an ideal position for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about honing their communication skills in a flexible and collaborative working environment. We are based out of Parsippany, NJ, but position can be remote. 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months related experience, preferably with internship(s) at a PR agency or in corporate communications
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Independent thinker and problem solver
  • Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Solid work ethic with ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and dedication to quality
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Appreciation and understanding of the boutique-agency, hybrid model of Green Room Communications, including superior client service during and outside of regular office hours, as needed

The annual salary range for this position reflects the current compensation banding for the role. The actual salary offered will depend on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, education and internal equity.
