The Mission
We aren't just adding "wrappers" to our software; we are rebuilding the MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience from the ground up.
As our Internal Product Manager, you will focus on transforming internal workflows through LLMs and agentic systems. Your mission is to drive operational efficiency, automation, and internal leverage.
Over time, this role is designed to transition into owning external, revenue-generating AI products, turning internal innovations into high-margin, customer-facing solutions.
This role is for a builder who treats "time-to-value" as a North Star and ultimately "ARR" as the validation of success.
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Internal Impact → External Product Strategy (The "Business" Owner)
- Internal First, External Next: Lead the development of internal AI tools and workflows, with a clear roadmap to evolve them into customer-facing products.
- Monetization Readiness: While initial focus is internal efficiency, design systems with future monetization in mind (usage-based pricing, credits, outcome-based billing).
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a "Battlecard" mindset—track both internal performance and external market trends to ensure our solutions are 10x better, not 10% faster.
- GTM Foundation: Prepare internal products for external launch by defining ICP, use cases, and ROI narratives early.
🤖 AI-Native Product Leadership
- The "AI Trinity" Tradeoff: Balance Accuracy, Latency, and Unit Cost across internal AI systems, with scalability for external deployment in mind.
- Agentic Workflows: Build beyond copilots—develop autonomous agents that execute workflows (e.g., ticket resolution, QA automation).
- Data as a Moat: Establish internal data pipelines and feedback loops (RLHF) that will later serve as a competitive advantage for external products.
🛠️ Rapid Execution & Experimentation
- 0 → 1 Internal Builds: Launch "Flash Builds" for internal users—prototypes in days, not months.
- Validation Loop: Use internal teams as your first users to validate product-market fit before external rollout.
- Performance Benchmarking: Define and measure what “good” looks like—ensure reliability before scaling externally.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of AI/SaaS PM Experience: Experience shipping products using LLMs, RAG, or agentic systems.
- Builder Mindset: Proven ability to take products from 0 → 1, ideally starting with internal tools or platforms.
- Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn), with readiness to own revenue KPIs as the role evolves.
- Technical Depth: Familiar with tokens, embeddings, prompt engineering, hallucination control, and model tradeoffs.
- MSP/ITSM Knowledge (Bonus): Understanding of service desk workflows is a strong plus.
- Global Collaboration: Experience working across US, China, and Philippines time zones.
Work Setup and Benefits
- Location: Remote (Philippines-based only)
- Schedule: 6 PM – 3 AM PHT, Weekends off
Benefits:
- HMO Reimbursement: $100/month
- Life Insurance: $20/month
- Dental ($20) & Vision ($4) Reimbursement
- 15 PTO credits/year (convertible to cash if unused)
- Training Reimbursement: Up to $30
Why This Role?
You won’t just manage features—you’ll build the foundation of our AI capabilities from the inside out.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Shape internal AI systems that drive real operational leverage
- Then turn those systems into external, revenue-generating products
- And ultimately help define how an entire industry evolves
If you’re obsessed with Generative AI, automation, and scaling impact from internal tools to external products, this is your playground.
