  • Pipeline Development & CRM Management: schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives; maintain accurate records in Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho; keep pipeline clean and actionable
  • Lead Nurturing & Collaboration: nurture early-stage leads until sales-ready; collaborate with sales teams on pipeline reviews, strategy sessions, and messaging improvements

About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth, lead generation, and qualified opportunities for a fast-growing B2B company.

This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where you will:

  • Own inbound + outbound lead qualification
  • Build and manage outbound prospecting campaigns
  • Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth

What You’ll Do

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Respond to inbound leads from:
    • Marketing campaigns
    • Website forms
    • Events
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess:
    • Needs
    • Budget
    • Decision-making process
    • Timeline
  • Qualify leads and move them into the sales pipeline

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Build and execute outbound campaigns using:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Apollo
    • ZoomInfo
  • Run multi-channel outreach:
    • Cold emails
    • Cold calls
    • LinkedIn messaging
  • Create personalized sequences to increase reply rates and engagement

Pipeline Development & CRM Management

  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records in:
    • Salesforce
    • HubSpot
    • Zoho
  • Document:
    • Lead qualification
    • Notes
    • Opportunity stages
  • Keep pipeline clean, updated, and actionable

Lead Nurturing & Collaboration

  • Nurture early-stage leads until sales-ready
  • Collaborate with sales teams on:
    • Pipeline reviews
    • Strategy sessions
  • Share insights to improve messaging and outreach performance

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track:
    • Activity metrics (calls, emails, outreach)
    • Conversion rates
    • Pipeline contribution
  • Continuously improve outreach and qualification processes
