The purpose of the Business Development Representative role at CUBE is to drive outbound prospecting efforts and generate high-quality leads for the sales team within the Financial Services industry. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, the BDR plays a critical role in creating strong first impressions, building pipeline and supporting revenue growth through organised diligent and persistent engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build a strong understanding of CUBE’s target market, customer profiles, and solutions
Drive outbound lead generation using cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
Book high-quality meetings and support the sales team by maintaining a healthy pipeline
Manage and respond to inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Accurately log sales activity, contact details, and account information in the CRM
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and collaboration
