Job description

Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare. For everyone. Everywhere. Sustainably.

Our inspiring and caring environment forms a global community that celebrates diversity and individuality. We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.

Build the Next Chapter of How We Deliver Products

This is an opportunity to shape how our enterprise works.

We’re building a world-class Product Delivery Excellence organization—one that defines how we deliver compliant, high-quality, and innovative products across our Business Lines. The processes we put in place now will become the foundation teams rely on for years to come.

As Strategic Business Process Manager, you will play a defining role in this journey. You’ll own the end-to-end enterprise product delivery process, from designing the framework to driving adoption and continuously improving performance. Your work will influence how teams plan, execute, govern, and deliver products that make a real difference in patients’ lives.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone ready to operate at the enterprise level—leading through expertise, influence, and credibility rather than formal authority. You’ll work with significant autonomy, chair cross-functional working groups, and partner closely with Business Line leaders, Quality/Regulatory, and cross-functional teams to create processes that are both robust and practical.

This is a global role, reporting directly to the Head of Product Delivery Excellence, with visibility, influence, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

Process Design & Strategy Execution

  • Design, own, and evolve the enterprise product delivery framework, including stage-gate structure, entry/exit criteria, governance, and required artifacts
  • Develop and maintain all core process tools including business cases, gate checklists, risk assessments, procedures, and flowcharts
  • Act as a trusted enterprise subject-matter expert for product delivery processes

Adoption & Change Management

  • Build and execute a thoughtful adoption roadmap that drives consistency and real-world use
  • Create targeted change and communication strategies to support process launches and updates
  • Partner with the Training Manager on training strategy, rollout, and reinforcement

Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Own process performance through metrics, user feedback, and direct observation
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and design process enhancements
  • Lead pilots, implement improvements, and measure impact to ensure continuous evolution

Who You Are

You are energized by building what others depend on. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and translating regulatory and operational requirements into clear, scalable ways of working.

Position Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement, quality, operations, or product development, including 3+ years in the medical device industry
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise processes as an individual contributor
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and consensus rather than authority
  • Experience applying product development and project management methodologies in a regulated environment
  • Confident, results-driven communicator able to engage effectively at senior levels
  • Strong track record of building trusted relationships across functions

Why This Role — and Why Now

  • Enterprise-level visibility and strategic exposure
  • Significant ownership and autonomy
  • Opportunity to expand scope beyond a single function or program
  • Natural career-growth role for strong performers seeking broader enterprise impact
  • Direct contribution to compliant, efficient delivery of life-saving products
