Accountant

Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Part-Time Accountant to join their dynamic team. This company operates in the accounting and financial services sector, with a reputation for providing exceptional support and solutions for clients through modern tools and systems. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions and ensure they are properly documented and categorized.
  
• Handle invoicing and accounts payable/receivable processes.
  
• Reconcile financial accounts and statements on a regular basis.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients.
  
• Utilize accounting software tools such as Bill.com, QuickBooks, and Gusto to track financial data.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless flow of financial operations.
  
• Apply analytical skills to assess financial performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Maintain secure access to sensitive financial data through platforms like Bitwarden.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with a strong grasp of accounting principles.
  
• Experience using Bill.com, QuickBooks, and Gusto.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) and ClickUp for task management.
  
• Strong understanding of AI and its applications in accounting practices.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage part-time responsibilities effectively.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in an accounting role or related field.
  
• Familiarity with financial security protocols and best practices for data protection.
