 Key Duties

  • Manage and process client and JLL Purchase Orders (PO) and Purchase Requisitions (PR) in accordance with established procurement procedures

  • Liaise with Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) authority for processing entry and exit passes, access permits and credential management

  • Coordinate vendor documentation, service agreements and contract administration

  • Maintain facility records, work order documentation and compliance files

  • Support account management with administrative coordination and reporting

  • Process invoices, track expenses and assist with budget monitoring
