Job Title: Territory Sales Officer - GT - Beauty PRO
Location: Maharashtra


Key Responsibilities:
 

Sales Delivery:
Achieve monthly secondary sales targets and distribution targets for assigned territory.
Monitor and analyze sales performance to ensure consistent growth.
Distribution Expansion:
Scale distribution footprint across Mumbai by onboarding new outlets and improving product availability.
Ensure compliance with company’s distribution standards and visibility norms.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Consult with distributors and retailers to identify growth opportunities and implement joint business plans.
Maintain strong relationships to drive loyalty and maximize market share.
Market Development:
Identify gaps in coverage and execute initiatives to improve numeric and weighted distribution.
Track competitor activities and share actionable insights with the team.

Operational Excellence:
Ensure timely order booking, stock replenishment, and adherence to primary order policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, distribution, and promotional activities.


Required a Minimum Fulltime Graduation


• Minimum 2 to 5 years of Experience in Channel Sales.
• Excellent in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management
• Should be well-versed with RS appointment & Sales Planning
• Conducting promotional activities & execution •
Good Communication in English and Local language is desired.
