As a People & Talent Partner, you will design and operationalize talent processes across pipeline, development, and assessment, ensuring we build and sustain an exceptional team to support our growth. 

 

As part of the People team, you will have both the opportunity and expectation to contribute broadly. This role is ideal for someone who wants to continue actively learning across the People function through development, delivery, and ongoing support of processes and programs. You’ll work alongside high-caliber team members who are collaborative, supportive, and committed to high standards with room to grow your impact and career as we scale. 

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Partner with leaders to translate delivery demand into actionable hiring plans  

  • Refine skills-based profiles and activate to hire top talent  

  • Build and manage talent pools to support ongoing and future hiring  

  • Design and manage programs to accelerate onboarding and assimilation  

  • Apply and evolve competency frameworks to evaluate talent across the lifecycle  

  • Align development efforts to role-based competencies and career pathways  

  • Create structured feedback and coaching loops that drive measurable improvement  

  • Manage key metrics across hiring, development, and performance; use insights to guide improvements and drive outcomes  

  • Contribute across the People function building foundations and frameworks to support growth as we scale  

  • Operate with a team-first mindset doing what’s needed to move the business forward  

  • Manage programs end-to-end from concept through execution and iteration, continuously improving to enable business outcomes  

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A builder mindset — someone who enjoys creating, executing, and improving, not just advising or operating 

  • Proven ability to do the work: lead searches, build programs, manage processes, and deliver outcomes  

  • Experience building or supporting talent programs including workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and development 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, generate insights, and use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes 

  • Ability to define and apply skills, competencies, and success profiles  

  • Strong program management skills with the ability to own work end-to-end  

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused  

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with business leaders  

  • Willingness and interest in growing across the broader People function  

  • Passion for work in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you help create structure  

Differentiators: 

  • Experience in the Workday ecosystem or within a Workday partner environment  

  • Exposure to competency models, talent frameworks, or skills-based workforce planning 

  • Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations where building from scratch is required

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
