Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's or PhD preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Neurovascular.
  • Experience providing angiography room support for Neurovascular procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally; willingness to travel nationwide up to 50%.

Requirements:

  • Provide field-based product and clinical support for Neurovascular devices.
  • Deliver technical assistance in the angiography room during procedures, trials and complex cases.
  • Plan and deliver clinical and product training activities.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Leader, South Product Manager, South Account Manager and distributors to support product launches and national go-to-market activities.

Scopo: Il/La Field Product Manager – Neurovascular è responsabile dell’esecuzione sul campo della strategia di prodotto, del supporto clinico e delle performance commerciali del portafoglio Neurovascular dell’area di suo interesse ( sud)
Il ruolo combina competenze cliniche e responsabilità commerciale dell’area di competenza.

Responsabilità:

  • Fornire supporto di prodotto e clinico sul campo per i dispositivi Neurovascular
  • Garantire assistenza tecnica in sala angiografica durante procedure, trial e casi complessi
  • Pianificare ed erogare attività di formazione clinica e di prodotto
  • Collaborare con il National Sales Leader, Il Product manager , Account manager sud e i distributori/agenti
  • Supportare i lanci di nuovi prodotti e le attività di go-to-market a livello nazionale
  • Raccogliere insight di mercato e analisi della concorrenza
  • Supportare congressi, workshop ed eventi scientifici
  • Operare nel pieno rispetto delle policy J&J e delle normative locali
  • Interfaccia con Supply Chain, Demand, Quality, Regulatory e tutti gli stakeholders interni
  • Gestione dei KOLs attraverso la relazione e il network.
  • Creare strumenti di marketing e coinvolgimento dei clienti efficaci, in collaborazione con le vendite.
  • Supporto costante al Tender office e allo strategic Tender Department
  • Assumere la responsabilità commerciale dell’Area Sud Italia, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e allo sviluppo del business
  • Contributo alla definizione della strategia commerciale territoriale in collaborazione con Sales & Marketing
  • Gestione di forecasting, approccio data-driven, monitoraggio KPI e reporting delle performance dell’Area Sud

Requirements:

  • Titolo di studio: Laurea, Master/ Dottorato costituiranno titolo preferenziale
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nel settore Neurovascolare
  • Esperienza di supporto in sala angiografica per le procedure Neurovascolari
  • Conoscenza approfondita di tutto il pacchetto Office
  • Eccellenti doti di comunicazione
  • Capacità di lavorare in sinergia con le diverse funzioni interne
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare su tutto il territorio nazionale per il 50% del tempo
  • Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese e italiano

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

€39,900.00 - €63,940.00

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
