Summary

Join Hawk as a Talent Acquisition Working Student and play a pivotal role in our hyper-growth journey to redefine the global fight against financial crime. You will act as the engine of our hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers while helping us scale our international team of over 30 nationalities. This is a high-impact opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern recruiting operations and AI-driven fintech growth.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end interview lifecycle, ensuring a world-class candidate experience through efficient scheduling and proactive communication.

  • Drive recruitment operational excellence by managing offer generation, internal approval workflows, and administrative documentation.

  • Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and process efficiency across all open requisitions.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines across various departments and global locations.

  • Generate and analyze hiring reports for senior leadership, providing data-driven insights into funnel health and time-to-hire metrics.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our hiring processes, identifying opportunities to automate tasks and reduce friction.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Hawk, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our mission-driven culture and commitment to excellence.
