Bankrate is seeking a dynamic, innovative Senior Project Manager to lead the successful onboarding and expansion of our large enterprise partnerships. Sitting within the Customer Success organization, you will serve as the strategic "nerve center" coordinating high-visibility projects across technical, creative, and business teams. You are not just tracking tasks; you are architecting the implementation of tools, systems, and integrations that drive growth for the world’s leading financial institutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enterprise Onboarding & Delivery: Lead cross-functional plans for delivering complex integrations and systems that drive growth for enterprise partners. Own the project lifecycle from discovery to "go-live."
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize long-term strategic initiatives against short-term tactical needs, ensuring alignment with Bankrate’s financial services goals.
  • Technical & Creative Orchestration: Lead meetings between engineering, product, legal and commercial teams to track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure the "Bankrate experience" is delivered flawlessly to the customer.
  • Accountability & Influence: Assertively hold all internal and external parties accountable to strategic goals. Discover the "true requirements" underlying partner requests and recommend alternative process approaches when necessary.
  • Operational Excellence: Build and maintain self-organizing systems using Jira, Asana, and Dashboards.
  • Risk & Bottleneck Management: Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and make trade-offs that balance business benefit with technical debt. Identify interdependencies across concurrent projects to prevent downstream collisions.
  • Senior Leadership Exposure: Provide regular progress reporting and tracking on all workstreams to senior leadership, acting as the primary point of contact for project health

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5-8 years of Project Management experience, ideally in a customer-facing SaaS or Financial Services environment. Proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Solid Understanding of the software development life cycle and creative production workflows.
  • Exceptional presentation skills; comfortable navigating complex conversations with external enterprise stakeholders and C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated judgment and negotiation skills—you know when to push back and when to pivot to meet aggressive timelines.
  • A motivated leader who thrives in a team environment with representatives from multiple functional disciplines.

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $85,000 – $130,000 per year

Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life Insurance
  • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential.  That’s why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy.  Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.
