The role
As a BDR at Jumpfactor, you'll be the first voice prospects hear — and that matters. Through high-volume outbound calling, targeted emails, and social outreach, you'll build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and hand off warm leads to the sales team. Hit your targets for a year and you'll earn a clear path to an Account Executive role. This is a launchpad, not a landing spot.
OTE with heavy, uncapped commission. Top performers in this role have the potential to nearly double their base salary in year one. Your output drives your income directly.
What you'll own
100+ outbound calls per day — phones are your primary tool
Cold email sequences and social outreach to US prospects
Research and build targeted contact and account lists
Generate a minimum of 10 sales-qualified leads per week
Facilitate handoffs between qualified prospects and the sales manager
Report on activity and pipeline targets daily, weekly, monthly
What you bring
2+ years in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
Comfort spending 4+ hours a day on the phone — you don't dread it
Proven record of hitting outreach, pipeline, or sales targets
Strong written skills, persuasive emails, not templates
Organized, numbers-driven, and self-motivated without micromanagement
Proficient across sales tools and CRM platforms
