As Director of Client Services, you'll lead a department of Senior Account Managers and their teams owning client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across the portfolio. You'll set the standard for how client relationships are built and managed at Jumpfactor, acting as the final escalation point, the performance coach, and the culture driver for your team. This is a high-ownership, high-impact leadership role with significant growth potential.

  • Client retention, churn strategy, and NPS across the portfolio

  • MRR growth targets, upsell and cross-sell processes per AM

  • Campaign ROI oversight CPL and MCAC within target

  • Daily 1-on-1 and group coaching for Account Managers

  • Client escalations and root-cause resolution

  • SOPs, KPIs, and cadences across the department

  • Product adoption and client community engagement rates

  • Team eNPS and culture of accountability

  • 6+ years in digital marketing, with 3+ years in account management

  • 2+ years managing teams of 5+ direct reports

  • 4+ years hitting KPIs in retention, upsells, and churn management

  • Experience scaling teams in an 8–9 figure revenue environment

  • Deep knowledge of SEO, paid media, inbound, and web not just buzzwords

  • Passion for people management and team development

  • Systems-first mindset with SOP and KPI development experience

  • Familiarity with Traction EOS or Rockefeller Habits is a strong plus

  • You prefer managing up over developing your team

  • You treat process and cadence as optional

  • You need a slow ramp or a clearly defined playbook handed to you
