  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Dutch; strong verbal and written communication for inbound inquiries and client pitches
  • Relationship-driven with demonstrated ability to secure first orders and drive repeat business; strong growth mindset within the sales team
  • Knowledge of merchandise trends and ability to propose catalog enhancements based on client input; comfortable collaborating cross-functionally

Requirements:

  • Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients to secure first orders and encourage repeat business
  • Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers and clearly explain our services
  • Stay up-to-date with merchandising trends and contribute to process improvements within the sales team
  • Propose catalog enhancements based on client feedback to expand offerings for English- and Dutch-speaking customers

Job description

Monday Merch helpt bedrijven hun merchandise te verbeteren en het proces frictieloos te maken. We ontwerpen merchpakketten met renders binnen 24 uur en verzorgen opslag en verzending naar (remote) teamleden en klanten. Het is nog nooit zo makkelijk geweest om snel kwaliteitsmerch te ontwikkelen. We worden blij van mooie bedrijfsmerchandise en trotse medewerkers.

Als Merch Consultant – Project Manager ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor potentiële B2B-klanten. Je legt onze diensten duidelijk uit en realiseert merchandiseprojecten van €1–150k voor toonaangevende merken in Europa. Vanuit deze rol kun je snel doorgroeien binnen het salesteam.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bouwt relaties op met klanten en zorgt dat zij hun eerste order plaatsen én terugkomen.

  • Je draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen en kunt doorgroeien naar een belangrijke rol binnen het salesteam.

  • Je blijft op de hoogte van trends in de merchandisebranche.

  • Je doet verbetervoorstellen voor onze productcatalogus op basis van klantinput.

  • Je behandelt inkomende telefoontjes (meestal potentiële klanten).

  • Je focust op het laten groeien van onze Engelstalige en Nederlandstalige klantenbasis.
