Xybix Systems, Inc. designs and delivers mission‑critical dispatch console furniture for public safety, healthcare, and command environments. Our customers do important, high‑stakes work — and we take responsibility seriously.
This is not transactional selling. It’s consultative, technical, and relationship‑driven — and incredibly rewarding for the right person.
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow the South Central region.
You will be responsible for:
Hunting and developing new business
Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through close
Working across multiple stakeholders and long buying cycles
Partnering closely with design and internal teams to deliver the right solution
This is a high‑ownership role for someone who wants to build something real in a territory — not just “cover” it.
This role is a great fit for someone who:
Truly enjoys hunting for new business
Is personable, credible, and driven to get things done
Believes failure is not an option and stays persistent
Competes hard but works well on a team
Is highly organized and does not let details slip
Is teachable and open to learning a proven sales process
Enjoys working with smart, thoughtful customers
Is comfortable traveling regularly (3–8 overnights per month)
Wants responsibility, not hand‑holding
If that sounds like you, this role will feel energizing — not exhausting.
Prospect and develop business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, research, cold calling, and industry events
Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with prospects and customers
Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close
Maintain accurate, real‑time records in Salesforce
Conduct onsite sales calls and gather accurate field dimensions
Consult with customers to evaluate workspace needs and recommend solutions
Act as a liaison between customers and internal design teams throughout the process
