ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join Switzerland's largest private telecommunications operator, now building out a growing team in Portugal. This is a creative role with real purpose — designing the visual and multimedia content that shapes how thousands of employees learn, develop, and perform. PROJECT & CONTEXT

You'll be embedded in the Learning & Development team, creating the visual assets, training videos, and multimedia content that underpin employee performance across a fast-moving Telco environment. The work spans infographics and presentations through to full video production — scripting, storyboarding, filming when needed, and post-production. Content is optimised for LMS platforms, mobile, and internal tools, and your output will be seen and used by frontline teams daily.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–3 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, and video editing in a professional context
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Familiarity with Artlist or equivalent platforms for licensed audio and video assets
  • Strong command of visual storytelling, layout principles, design fundamentals, and UX design thinking
  • Solid video editing skills — transitions, sound design, and motion graphics
  • Ability to translate complex business concepts and requirements into clear, engaging, learner-friendly multimedia formats
  • Experience collaborating within a team environment, aligning creative output with learning goals and brand guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • English B2 or above — required for daily collaboration with international stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience working in Learning & Development, training, or instructional design environments
  • Background in or familiarity with the Telecommunications industry
  • Working proficiency in Italian, French, and/or German — a strong advantage given the Swiss operational context
  • Familiarity with frontline agent environments such as customer service, sales, or call centres
  • Motion graphics and animation experience beyond basic After Effects usage
  • Experience optimising content for LMS platforms and mobile-first delivery
