We are looking for an innovative leader who combines vision with operational rigor – someone ready to simplify complex enterprise migration challenges and transform them into AI-ready outcomes for our customers.

What You'll Do
  • Evolve the Migration Paradigm: Lead the team into the next evolution of data migration – AI-enabled and prioritizing AI-readiness
  • Build a World-Class Team: Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing global team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, customer-centricity, and proactive problem-solving
  • Drive Delivery Excellence: Take ownership of critical migration programs. Serve as the primary driver of delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality, repeatable, successful outcomes for our customers

  • Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise software technical consulting or services
  • Global Leadership: Proven track record managing a global, billable team of 50+ people
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of data, data integration, and data architecture
  • Migration Experience: Demonstrated, hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise data migrations
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to build strong relationships and operate effectively within an integrated, cross-functional organization and partner ecosystem
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex operational and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Location: Located in US Central or Eastern timezones; travel up to 40%

  • Perks & Benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance
  • Flexible PTO and company paid holidays
  • Retirement programs
  • 1% charitable giving program

  • Compensation
  • Base pay: $200,000 - $275,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location.
