Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
5–8+ years of cybersecurity operations experience
2–3+ years of leadership experience within cybersecurity operations
Strong experience with SIEM, EDR, DLP, vulnerability management, and securing Microsoft 365/Azure and cloud environments; knowledge of healthcare security frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, NIST, SOC 2)
Requirements:
Lead, mentor, and manage the cybersecurity team, establish KPIs, provide escalation support for security incidents, and coordinate with IT, Cloud Services, and Compliance
Oversee delivery of managed cybersecurity services across client environments, conduct risk assessments and compliance evaluations, support onboarding, and deliver technical and executive-level security posture reports
Hands-on security operations: incident detection/response, vulnerability management, log analysis/forensics, and optimization of SIEM/EDR; secure Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud environments
Maintain governance, risk, and compliance with healthcare security frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST CSF, SOC 2); develop policies and procedures and support audits and remediation; drive process improvements and automation

Position Summary DAS Health is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead and support our cybersecurity team, overseeing day-to-day operations, client service delivery, and compliance initiatives. This fully remote role blends leadership with hands-on technical expertise, ensuring strong security controls, proactive threat management, and adherence to regulatory requirements across both internal and client environments.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Oversight:
