Position Title: South & Taiwan Service Sales Manager

Business Unit: Biotechnology Integrated Solutions (BIS)

Role Purpose

Lead the Service Sales organization across South China and Taiwan by translating business strategy into effective regional sales execution. This role focuses on building strong Key Account (KA) management capabilities, optimizing channel strategy, and driving sustainable Service revenue growth through disciplined sales management (Account Plan, Call Plan and Funnel Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Own Service sales performance for South China and Taiwan, ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategy.
• Develop and execute clear regional Service sales strategy based on customer segmentation and industry dynamics.
• Establish and drive a robust KA management framework to deepen Service penetration and multi-level engagement in strategic customers.
• Lead, coach and develop the Service Sales team, driving disciplined execution of Account Plans, Call Plans and Funnel Management.
• Design and manage an effective channel strategy to increase coverage in non-KA customers while supporting KA depth and scalability.
• Lead SFDC funnel and forecasting discipline to ensure pipeline quality and forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with Service delivery, Marketing and Product teams to deliver customer-centric Service solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BioPharma or Life Sciences industry.
• Minimum 3 years of Sales Management experience leading frontline sales teams.
• Experience in Service sales preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Fluent English communication skills preferred.
