  • 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or strategy roles—preferably in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or product organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (multi-variable models, advanced formulas, pivots) and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in SFDC, Dynamics, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and synthesizing data into insights that influence senior executives.

Requirements:

  • Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decision-making across Sales and GTM; develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and scorecards for pipeline, bookings, forecasting, sales productivity, and attainment.
  • Lead strategic analysis of the customer journey and behavior to identify success drivers, risk signals, and expansion opportunities across segments, industries, and maturity levels; run the Sales Feedback loop to refine GTM motions.
  • Drive automation and data quality improvements by partnering with Data Engineers to build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks, and ensure data accuracy and clarity across metrics.
  • Craft executive narratives and presentations linking insights to the ICX vision and collaborate with GTM, Finance, and Strategy to surface next-best actions through data storytelling and visualization.

Senior Analyst, Sales Operations — ICX Revenue Operations

About the Role

Adobe's ICX Revenue Operations team sits at the heart of our "Empowering Everyone to Create" transformation—connecting customer behavior, business outcomes, and product evolution. As a Senior Analyst on the team, you'll support the worldwide sales organization by managing end-to-end compensation processes, building scalable analytics and reporting, and turning complex data into actionable insights that shape GTM strategy and accelerate ARR growth.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, storytelling, and strategy. You'll partner closely with Sales leadership, GTM, Finance, and technical teams to drive operational rigor, influence executive decisions, and help build the operating model for one of Adobe's most visible, fast-evolving organizations.

What You'll Do

Analytics, Insights & Decision Enablement

  • Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide executive decision-making across Sales and GTM.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and scorecards covering pipeline, bookings, forecasting, sales productivity, and attainment performance.
  • Lead strategic analysis of customer journey and behavior—identifying success drivers, risk signals, and expansion opportunities across segments, industries, and maturity levels.
  • Run the Sales Feedback loop, converting performance patterns into recommendations that refine GTM and support motions.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects to completion with minimal supervision, partnering with Sales leadership to resolve process bottlenecks.
  • Develop forward-looking insight frameworks that measure how ICX creates business value across customer maturity levels, industries, and customer segments.

Process Improvement, Data Quality & Automation

  • Drive automation and efficiency through system enhancements, reusable tools, and best-practice sharing.
  • Partner with Data Engineers to build dashboards and scorecards that scale insight delivery across our global sales and support teams.

  • Create scalable reporting frameworks that let teams easily access dashboards and insights.

  • Drive data accuracy and clarity while building confidence in every insight by aligning how metrics are defined, tracked, and visualised across the business.

Thought Leadership & Communication

  • Craft executive narratives and presentations that link insights to the ICX vision and support WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs with synthesized findings.
  • Partner with GTM, Finance, and Strategy teams to surface next-best actions through data storytelling and visualization.

What You Bring

  • 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or strategy roles—preferably in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or product organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ai first mindset
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and synthesizing data into insights that influence senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations processes, sales cycles, and reporting frameworks.
  • Advanced Excel skills (multi-variable models, advanced formulas, pivots, logic matching) and strong PowerPoint skills, including Excel integration and automated charting.
  • Hands-on experience with SFDC, Dynamics, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive-presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently and deliver under pressure.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action in connecting data to business impact.
