We are looking for a talented and ambitious system software engineer to join the team working on NVIDIA GeForce Now Platform (https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce-now/). The main focus of the team is client application and reusable components for GeForce Now, NVIDIA App and other applications. We seek a 'Full-Stack' Engineer who can move quickly between Windows, Mac, Linux, frontend, backend, native development, and much more. If you're experienced with various technologies, a fast learner and have a “get things done” mentality, we'd love to hear from you! In this role, you will play a significant part in helping to craft and guide the future of Cloud Gaming experience for our GeForce Now application, as well as help users to enjoy local gaming with NVIDIA App. You will also provide technical excellence within the application tier of a multi-layer application architecture. You will serve as the technical domain authority for development spanning across multiple applications and product lines.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design, develop and deliver complex real-time applications for desktop and mobile platforms.

  • Partner closely with operations for the reliability and scalability of our features.

  • Build features and SDKs in a variety of languages, C++, TypeScript, Python, and Swift

  • React to user feedback and improve the product based on metrics collected from end-user and server systems‎

  • Collaborate and coordinate between multiple distributed teams for end-to-end feature delivery.

What we need to see:

  • Ability to write readable, testable, maintainable and extensible code, primarily in C++

  • 12+ years in proficient development experience in large projects

  • History of dedication to testing and continuous delivery.

  • Good Windows API or POSIX APIs experience, experience in writing and debugging multithreaded code

  • Good interpersonal skills and experience presenting with and handling the expectations of both technical and non-technical partners.

  • Proven passion for user experience design and improving usability.

  • Create configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments, application deployment, web security.

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related areas or equivalent experience

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Background with developing and supporting live consumer products/services on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS

  • Experience in developing services and framework-like SDKs, like COM or Windows Runtime SDK

  • Familiarity with telemetry and visualization tools, experience in employing data to analyze and improve product reliability and performance

  • Passion for PC or mobile gaming

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
