Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re seeking a Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services through a secure online platform. Your work will involve helping clients better understand their challenges, build healthier patterns, and stay engaged in their treatment goals. This position gives you the opportunity to use your clinical skills in a structured remote care setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually for therapy sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Provide ongoing support for mental health and life challenges
• Help clients strengthen coping skills and problem-solving strategies
• Monitor client progress over time
• Keep complete and accurate documentation
• Follow ethical, legal, and telehealth practice standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable using telehealth and electronic records systems
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
