Job description

Job Title: QA Supervisor

Location: South Africa (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain quality assurance standards across ABA services
  • Train and coach therapists on QA processes, expectations, and best practices
  • Educate team members on how to accurately upload and manage session data within the company’s CRM system
  • Become an expert in the company’s CRM platform and act as the go-to resource for support and troubleshooting
  • Review session documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Provide constructive feedback to therapists to improve performance and quality
  • Monitor workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent quality standards are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a QA, supervisory, or ABA-related role
  • Strong understanding of ABA processes and documentation standards
  • Highly proficient and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Confident in leading, coaching, and supporting team members
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new systems and processes
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
