Position Summary

The IT Systems SME serves as the primary technical expert for complex HR related IT systems. This role leads system optimization, advanced troubleshooting, integration strategy, and technology evaluation while providing expert guidance to teams and stakeholders.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical expert for complex HR IT systems and platforms.
  • Lead system optimization, performance tuning, and advanced troubleshooting efforts.
  • Develop system integration strategies and support complex solution design.
  • Mentor team members and provide deep technical guidance.
  • Collaborate with vendors on product roadmaps, enhancements, and support needs.
  • Create detailed system documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials.
  • Evaluate new system features and recommend adoption or configuration changes.
  • Participate in architecture and design decisions for HR systems and integrations.
  • Ensure system compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise standards.
