Job description:  Job Description: Customer Success Analyst (Remote - South America) We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Customer Success Analyst based in South America to join our distributed team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they realize the full value of the Distro platform. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an individual who can move quickly, think critically, and communicate with high empathy and precision. Since you will be supporting a global client base, perfect English fluency is a non-negotiable requirement.
Responsabilities:  Key Responsibilities · Portfolio Management: Act as a trusted advisor for a diverse set of enterprise and mid-market accounts. · Retention & Expansion: Drive high levels of customer retention and identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts. · Technical Onboarding: Guide clients through the technical setup of our platform, ensuring Distro is integrated effectively into their existing HR tech stack. · Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs and address potential friction points before they impact the user experience. · Strategic Communication: Craft clear, professional, and supportive correspondence to guide clients through platform updates or workflow optimizations. · Feedback Loop: Partner with our engineering and product teams to translate customer needs into platform enhancements.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Qualifications · Direct Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in a Customer Success or Account Management role. · Industry Background: Previous experience in HR technology, Recruitment, or Staffing is a major plus. · ATS Knowledge: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and how they function within a modern hiring workflow. · Language Skills: Exceptional English fluency. You must be able to lead high-stakes meetings and draft complex professional documents in English without difficulty. · Tech-Savvy: A natural ability to troubleshoot software and explain technical concepts to non-technical users. · Work Style: Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
