About Us
Our client is a corporate video production agency working primarily with software and tech
companies in the U.S. creating high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and
brand storytelling. The company runs on strong systems: every meeting is recorded, and
automations already extract action items and push them into ClickUp.
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join the team and help scale our
content output, particularly across social and digital platforms.
You’ll be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content, with a strong focus on
social media, repurposing content, and efficient workflows.This is a hands-on editing role with room to bring your own creative input and improve
processes.
Key Responsibilities
● Edit video content for social media, marketing, and digital campaigns
● Repurpose long-form content into short-form (clips, reels, etc.)
● Add motion graphics and visual enhancements where needed
● Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time
● Manage multiple projects and maintain momentum across deliverables
● Suggest improvements to editing workflows and processes
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in video editing (professional or freelance)
Proficiency in at least one of the following:
○ Adobe Premiere Pro
○ DaVinci Resolve
Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects
Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social content formats
Skilled in using AI tools.
Nice to Have
Experience with Descript
Motion graphics experience (e.g. Adobe After Effects)
Experience repurposing content for social media
Familiarity with working with remote/global teams
