Paid Digital Specialist (Part-Time)


About the Role


Are you a data-driven digital marketer who loves turning ad spend into real results? Do you geek out over campaign performance, live inside Google Ads, and know how to make every dollar work harder? If so, we want you on our team.


Zinda Law Group is looking for a Paid Digital Specialist who's ready to own our paid advertising strategy and help us reach the people who need us most. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts the firm's growth — and you'll have the support, resources, and creative freedom to do it right.


What You'll Do


Paid Search & Campaign Management

  • Build, manage, and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and beyond.
  • Conduct deep keyword research to maximize budget efficiency while hitting traffic, conversion, and ROI/ROAS goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics via Google Analytics to ensure peak performance at all times.
  • Produce clear, actionable weekly performance reports for leadership.
  • Make strategic recommendations on keyword expansion and budget prioritization.


Paid Social

  • Execute and manage paid social media campaigns that drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to keep our campaigns competitive.


Cross-Functional Contributions

  • Manage individual and team projects with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term brand strategy and positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors while staying current on the latest in paid advertising.


What We're Looking For


Minimum Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communicator — comfortable presenting to and interacting with executive leadership.


Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a law firm or legal marketing environment.
